Community Info

  • All trash cans need to be kept inside your garage. Trash Removal is provided by the city of Blue Ridge Manor and is included with your Blue Ridge Manor taxes. Trash is scheduled for THURSDAY MORNINGS. Trash containers shall be placed outside for pick-up no earlier than the night before pick-up and shall be retrieved and put away the night of pick-up.   • Please ask your guests to utilize the painted guest parking areas. Vehicles parked along the street are subject to the penalties outlined in the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants for Dorsey Pointe Town homes. Guest parking areas are for GUEST PARKING ONLY.
  • Signage. No sign, poster, display, billboard or other advertising device of any kind shall be displayed to the public view on any portion of the community.
  • Commercial Vehicles. No commercial trucks or vans or other commercial vehicles shall be parked in any parking space, driveway or on any part of the common property. A commercial vehicle is one with lettering or display on it, has equipment affixed to it, or is used in a trade or business. No campers, recreational vehicles, boats or boat trailers may be parked or stored anywhere on the Property.
  • No dish, exterior radio, television or other electronic device is to be used on the exterior of any unit or town home building without the prior written approval of the Association. Time Warner and ATT U-verse have been our default Cable providers.
  • Exterior Changes. The prior, express written consent of the Board of Directors is required in order to enclose, paint or otherwise decorate or materially change the appearance of any portions of the exterior of any of the buildings within Dorsey Pointe Townhomes.
  • Pet Policy. All residents MUST comply with the pet policy listed in the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and for Dorsey Pointe Townhomes. All pets must be registered with the Association. Unit Owners shall be permitted to keep a maximum of two (2) small pets that are not to exceed fifteen pounds. Owners may have one dog in excess of that limitation provided the owner has no other pets and the dog is approved by the association.
  • Respect Your Neighbors. All noise, including without limitation, talking, singing, television, radio, record player, tape recorder, or musical instrument, shall be kept at such volume level that the noise is not audible outside of the boundaries of the Unit in which it originates.
